Telangana goshala federation decided to felicitate the renowned animal lovers with ' goratna ' award.Jain sevasangh gives these on 6 the April during the festival of Mahavir jayanthi.Mahesh Agarwal ,president of the federation said that rs50,000 will be given under this award.The veterans and well known social servers who known for animal protection have been attending this function .Central ex minister ,Gujarat goseva ayog chairman Vallabh bhai khataria,Telangana govt adviser Vivek will address the program ,he said . The names of awardeess will be announced on April 5 he said. He suggested theTelangana and Andhra Pradesh governments to make rules to ban cow killing like Gujarat government act in which lifetime imprisonment for the persons who commits cow killing.
